Role Overview & Responsibilities
ONE ERP is hiring a Quality Assurance Manager for our Mumbai (Head Office) facility. You will work in an NABL-accredited environment with modern instruments and a team that cares about accuracy and turnaround time.
What you will do
- Own day-to-day NABL accreditation and Internal audits work
- Keep records audit-ready and meet client turnaround commitments
- Work with the Quality Assurance team on continuous improvement
What we are looking for
- 8–12 years of experience
- Hands-on with NABL accreditation, Internal audits, CAPA, Document control
- Clear communication and a quality-first attitude
