Backend & Systems Engineer (PostgreSQL, APIs & Integrations)

Own the backend infrastructure that powers multi-channel job board publishing (Naukri RMS API, LinkedIn, Indeed), two-way direct IMAP mailbox synchronization, and automated Boolean resume parsing.

What You Will Do:

• Design and maintain resilient microservices for job distribution feeds, candidate ingestion, and webhooks.
• Build scalable direct IMAP/SMTP mail sync workers with automatic reconnects and audit logging.
• Optimize complex PostgreSQL queries, database indexing, and Redis caching layers.
• Implement statutory security controls under India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023.

What We Look For:

• 3+ years of experience with Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and distributed background job workers (BullMQ/Redis).
• Experience integrating with third-party REST APIs, OAuth2 flows, or email MIME parsing engines.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, concurrency, and security best practices.
